Oral route. Administer every day at the same time regardless of meals.<\/p>\n
Hypersensitivity to anastrozole. Pregnant or lactating women.<\/p>\n
Moderate-severe IH (assess risk\/benefit), severe RI.
\nAvoid in premenopausal women.
\nRisk of reduced bone mineral density (assess bone mineral density at the start of treatment and at regular intervals thereafter).
\nAvoid concomitant use with tamoxifen or estrogen-containing therapies.
