To stimulate the development of androgen-dependent underdeveloped organs and for the initial treatment of symptoms of endogenous testosterone deficiency, 50–200 mg of intramuscular testosterone cypionate is administered every 2–4 weeks. The injection should be injected very slowly into the muscle. A dose of 400 mg per month is not recommended. The duration of treatment is set individually.
Dosage is regulated depending on the patient’s response to treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions.
The correct dose is determined by the doctor. For older patients, lower doses should be prescribed.
Testosterone Cypionate is used only for intramuscular injection. Special care should be taken to avoid getting it into a blood vessel. The injection solution in ampoules can be used many times after the first injection, provided that the lid of the ampoule has not been removed and the remaining contents remained hermetically sealed.
