If you are making the jump to anabolic steroid use, it is important that you take things slow and don’t try to jump straight into the deep end. Taking steroids that are too strong or in too high a dose can create many problems, so it is vital that you stay at the level that is right for you.
An absolute beginner is easy to link, but at what point do you go from being a novice to a downstream user?
No matter how long you use steroids, you don’t necessarily have to be constantly searching for your cycle. Some bodybuilders stick to beginner cycles and get great results, whether bulking or cutting, only with this level of steroid use.
But for those who really want to go further, an intermediate cycle can be introduced when at least two complete beginner cycles have been completed. Some experts may suggest that it can progress after just one cycle, but this is too fast for most people. Without any exposure to understand your body’s response to different steroids, you run the risk of having a disastrous cycle. This will not only interrupt your training, but could also end up costing you a lot of money unnecessarily.
To decide if you are ready to go to an intermediate cycle, see if you can check the following:
At least two complete steroid cycles completed
They have successfully stacked at least two steroids together
You want to get more out of the steroid cycle than you are currently experiencing
Have tried at least three steroids successfully
If you can answer yes to all of the above questions, you may be ready to move on to intermediate steroid cycles.
Oral or injectable?
No matter what level of steroid use you are at, oral medications are always much harder on the body than those injected. For this reason, running an oral-only cycle is a bad idea. However, they can be combined with injectable steroids with great effect.
Because oral steroids can be difficult to run for the full duration of a cycle, one way to use them is by using a fast-acting variant as a front-loading medium. This allows you to start a cycle more effectively, getting results more quickly while you wait for long-acting medications to start working. Once injectable medications begin to be effective, oral steroids can be gradually decreased, serving their purpose.
Intermediate Steroid Cycles
Charge Cycle
This particular cycle is set at the intermediate level and will help create volume very quickly. However, gains will only occur if you eat the right types of food and enough calories, otherwise the cycle will be wasted. Some users suggest at least 5,000 calories per day, with 30% coming from lean protein.
Weeks 1-6: Testoged C 600mg, Decandrol 400mg, Danabol 50mg per day, Anastrozol 0.5mg every other day
Weeks 7-12: Testoged C 600mg, Decandrol 400mg, Anastrozol 0.5 alternate days
The Danabol helps start the cycle by giving testosterone and Deca time to build up in your body to take effect. The Anastrozol is required due to the amount of estrogen to which steroids are converted. Some users will have to increase the dosage of Anastrozol every other day to combat this.
The PCT should look like this:
Week 1 : HCG 500iu every day
Week 2: HCG 500iu every day for the first three days, 0.5 mg of Cabergoline every day
Week 3: 0.5 mg of Cabergoline every day
Weeks 4-5: 0.25 mg of Cabergoline every day
Lean Mass Gain
There may be times when you’re looking to bulge, but you just want quality gains from lean mass, or when you’re also on a calorie-restricted diet. This stack here will provide volume but not the huge amounts obtained from the volume stack described above. The amount of added mass will be less, but as long as you have your correct diet; you will not accumulate water or fat.
Week 1-4 : Testoged P 125mg every other day, Boldenone 400mg, Danabol 20mg every day and Anastrozol 0.5mg every day
Weeks 5-6: Testoged P 125mg every other day, Boldenone 400mg and Anastrozol 0.5mg every day
Weeks 7-8: Testoged P 125 mg every other day, Boldenone 400 mg, Trenbolone Acetate 50 mg every other day, Oxandrolone 50 mg every day and Anastrozol 0.5 mg every day
Weeks 9-12: Testoged P 125mg every other day, Trenbolone Acetate 50mg every other day, Oxandrolone 50mg every day and Anastrozol 0.5mg every day
Danabol can temporarily add some water, but this will quickly dissipate once this steroid is discontinued. Providing carbohydrate intake is not excessive and you are on a maintenance diet, you can expect to add around 7-10 pounds of lean mass, excluding water.
The Anastrozol is necessary to help prevent aromatization; If this continues to be a problem, increase the dose to 1 mg.
cut
Although this stack is only described as intermediate, it is the best steroid cycle to cut. If you are able to tolerate this, you will end up with a dry, tough-looking physique.
Weeks 1-6: Testoged P 100mg every other day, Trenbolone Acetate 75mg every other day and Anastrozol 0.5mg every other day
Weeks 7-12: Testoged P 100mg every other day, Trenbolone Acetate 75mg every other day, Winstrol 50mg every day and Anastrozol 0.5mg every other day
Compared to some other cycles, this is one of the simplest steroid stacks. However, its effectiveness cannot be overstated; to really cut it is the best steroid stack.
If trenbolone causes side effects, the dose can be reduced to 50 mg without sacrificing too much results. Most users can tolerate it, but if 50mg continues to cause a problem, this steroid is most likely just one that’s not for you. Trenbolone is important to this stack of steroids as it is the most powerful of all included and offers a really slim and defined finish. It can also directly help with fat loss and can maintain strength even during a period of restricted calorie intake.
Not everyone will need Anastrozol to help combat the flavoring effects, but it’s a good idea to include it in the stack because it will help provide a look particularly dry.
