Description
Lagosa is indicated as adjuvant hepatoprotection treatment in:
- toxic substances exposure cases with a high risk of hepatotoxicity
- chronic hepatitis and cirrhotic
One pill contains silymarin 150 mg in the form of dry methanolic extract of milk thistle fruit 240 mg and excipients: nucleus lactose, cellulose, microcrystalline, colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium type A, povidone K30, talc, magnesium stearate, solid fat; dragee layer: shellac, sugar, calcium carbonate, talc, gum arabic, corn starch, titanium dioxide (E171), colloidal silicon dioxide, povidone K30, macrogol 6000, 85% glycerol, polysorbate 80 wax mountain glycol
In case, you have hypersensitivity at the product compounds it is not indicated to use this medicine.
Since this product contains lactose, patients with hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency (Lapp) malabsorption, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine.
Since this product contains sucrose, patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance, glucose malabsorption, galactose, or sucrose-isomaltase insufficiency should not take this medicine.
Very rare can appear in allergic reactions. Occasionally can be observed a laxative effect and gastralgia.
The normal doses recommended to use is 300 mg of silymarin two pills of Lagosa per day. The pills will be administrated with a little dose of water.
